ISSUES

Rowdy Rocket faced several challenges that hindered its sales growth. The main problems were:

  • LISTING ISSUES:
    Listing were not optimized missing key things like EBC content, unnecessary texts in content including bullet points, description.

  • Marketplace Competition:
    With increasing competition, it became harder for a rowdy rocket to maintain growth. competitors often lowered prices and offered better deals.

  • PPC Management:
    ACOS was at 113%.

APPROACH

To overcome these challenges, we utilized specific strategies to improve growth and reduce ACOS:

  • We fixed all the listing issues and made sure that the listing is properly optimized, and we can show the version of our product through our content and visuals.
  • Focused on running Brand video advertising to attract the buyer and did competitor Asin targeting. We were only running ads on 100% relevant keywords in the Exact match.
  • Increased organic ratings by reaching out to customers through seller central.

RESULT

After implementing the “Focus on Product” and “Product Niche” strategies, Rowdy Rocket achieved remarkable results:

  • Reduced ACOS:
    From 113% we were able to bring ACOS to 23% without affecting the sales.

  • Sales Growth:
    we were able to increase organic sales by 17% in the first 30 days with our listing optimization, account management and ranking strategy.
